Set to fill Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley with an impressive array of sounds Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 September, BIGSOUND Live 2013 is now calling for artist applications.
Giving Australian and international artists the rare opportunity to perform in front of some of the most influential figures in the international music industry, the two-night music festival is organised by QMusic and puts artists in front of delegates attending the BIGSOUND Music Industry Conference, held 11-13 September.
In addition to having access to hundreds of influential music industry ears and eyes, BIGSOUND Live also sees 120 acts across 12 venues maximising their opportunities for excellent media exposure, the event covered by media outlets far and wide. Queensland-based, national and international artists are encouraged to apply.
One complimentary conference pass will be made available to each selected showcase act, and application fees are $14.50 for QMusic Members or $18.50 nons to be part of one of the most exciting music gatherings in Australia.
