AWME Announces First Round Line-Up for 2015

Now in its eighth year, the annual Australasian Worldwide Music Expo will showcase Melbourne’s biggest line-up of the finest roots music across three days and nights this November 12 to 14.

This year, AWME will be jam-packed with music industry speakers, a broad conference program of national and international music industry professionals and an amazing array of live musical talent.

AWME 2015 has announced the round of artists for the live music program, representing an eclectic mix of acts including Mojo Juju, Henry Wagons & the Only Children, Emma Donovan & the PutBacksQuarter Street. Mick Thomas; NgaiireRuby BootsKingfisha, Archer and Thomas Oliver.

AWME not only presents a strong public festival event, but also creates a platform for showcasing musicians from around Australia and across the region to meet with music industry representatives from around the world. In the last few years, AWME showcases and networking sessions directly resulted in new opportunities for artists in the areas of touring, festival engagements, performances, media coverage, recording, publishing and other career-building activities.

AWME 2015 will also be announcing in coming weeks, the inclusion of a  diverse range of industry speakers as part of this year’s Conference Program.

AWME 2015 will take place from 12th – 14th November at Arts Centre Melbourne, Max Watts, Shebeen, The Toff, Ding Dong and Lounge.
